By California and Federal law, we are unable to accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked/flawed or it was purchased in error. Senders Wines will replace free of charge or refund the purchase price any wine that is flawed or otherwise deemed unacceptable for consumption upon receipt of the wine in question.
We will replace wine that was ordered in error and will offer refunds upon receipt of the unopened wine in question. California and Federal law do not allow returns if the customer does not like the product or bought too much.
